STEP 1 — YOUR FREE FIRST WORKOUT

Your first session is completely free. We will talk about your goals, do a light workout, and see what you want to improve.

Step 2 — Build Your Plan

Come in, move, and get a feel for what private coaching actually looks like. There is no pressure and no commitment after your first session. This is your chance to see the space, experience how I coach, and decide whether private training feels right for you or your child.

If we decide to work together, I will build a plan around your goals, schedule, experience level, and needs. Every session has a purpose: getting stronger, moving better, building confidence, and making measurable progress over time.

I have experience working with kids and teens with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent needs. Every session is patient, structured, and adapted to the individual—so training feels clear, enjoyable, and achievable.

The goal is not just to get them stronger. It is to help them build confidence, learn how to follow through, and have a positive outlet they can look forward to each week.

Billy helped me get past a plateau I was stuck at. After a few months of training with him, I got my bench to 225, my squat to 315, and my deadlift to 405. He fixed a lot of little things with my form that I did not even realize I was doing wrong.

We focused on the main barbell lifts and gradually added weight week to week. His program was simple, easy to follow, and helped me start making progress again after being stuck for a while."
